Romance Novels and Autism

Here is a reading list of romance novels where one or both of the main characters are on the autism spectrum. It is awesome to see romance books become more inclusive and showcase characters with a wide range of abilities. Reading these books can also be a way for neurotypical readers to better understand the way that someone with autism may think. Here’s to more happily every after’s for everyone.

Do you have other recommendations for books that feature protagonists on the autism spectrum or an atypical hero or heroine? Let me know and I will update this list!
